The investment task under the contract with Asco Numatics Sp. z o.o. in Łódź included the extension of a production and warehouse hall and an office building.
The project was implemented in the Design&Build system, including the preparation of a construction design, obtaining a building permit and preparation of a set of detailed designs. The project included, among others:
- construction of a new production and warehouse hall of approx. 5,000 sqm equipped with a complete set of installations. The building was connected to the existing hall;
- extension of the two-storey office part with a total area of 1,600 sqm;
- reconstruction and modernization of the existing office parts, modernization of the front façade of the existing facility;
- reconstruction of the internal road system
The expansion was carried out on a normally operating production plant.
